Graphical Interface
The Graphical User Interface of CubexSoft All-Mail Backup is very simple to understand. As you launch and open it, the first screen displays a very clear picture of what one is supposed to do. The left screen displays a list of all the email sources from which one can save their data, as shown below:
Step by Step Working of Email-Backup Tool
- Once you select the desired email source, you will be directed to enter your email account details and click on login button.
- Next the software starts loading all the mail folders of the associated user account and displays complete list on its left side
- On the right side, a drop down menu appears showing the list of Saving options – PST, PDF, EML, EMLX, MBOX, HTML, MHTML, MSG, Office 365, Exchange Server, Hosted Exchange Server, G Suite, Gmail, Outlook.com, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail and IMAP Server. Choose any one as per your requirement.
- Once you choose desired output format, select other sub options :
- Destination Location, if you want to save webmail emails locally
- Provide login details, if you have chosen cloud apps as the desired output option
- Select required emails using various mail and date filters
- Choose required mail folders by ticking their respective checkboxes
- Once all the options are selected, click on Backup button to start the email backup process
- The tool will start the process and shows live progress report. On completion, a message window opens with the message “Conversion done successfully”. Click on OK button.
- As you click on OK button, a new Notepad Window opens, showing you the complete backup status report. You can save it in TXT format and keep it safe for future record.
