This, in turn, will make the person feel lighter and more energetic.
The second kind of cleanse is actually quite invasive but many swear by it. A water jet cleans out your lower intestine. This supposedly also rids the body of accumulated toxins and those who have had this procedure say they feel so energized they don’t even feel the need for coffee.
4. Vinegar Shots
Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples. Many ingest ACV, as it is often called, every day. When taken by itself first thing in the morning in a shot glass, it is supposed to provide many benefits.
Not only does apple cider vinegar improve digestion, but it also keeps skin looking youthful and eliminates fatigue. This is one that anyone can try. 5. Gem Therapy
Celebrities have caught on to this therapy, but they were not the first to use it. New age and holistic practitioners have always used gemstones for many different purposes. The theory is that if crystals can amplify voltage in a radio, they can certainly provide a person with beneficial energy or take away negative energy.
It seems that the crystals most important for an energy boost are those that are sunny yellow or orange like citrine.
